You Have Decided to Build...
The Hardest Part is Over and the Excitement Begins
Exploration
Meeting with you and your family, we will work together to help identify your wishes, wants, and needs. As in, where do you want to build? What are your needs in terms of space? What style of home do you like? What is your budget? And even if you are sure about some of the answers to these questions, we will work together to best determine your specific needs and build your home accordingly.
Design Creation
We will now merge your ideas, floor plan, and exterior elevations into a 3D rendering. You will now be able to better visualize your home, before building even begins. You will be able to take a virtual tour and walk through your home. From this rendering we can then develop your budget, and save money by customizing your design choices in advance with this amazing home-building technology.
Finalized Plans
After our design meetings are complete, I will then be working closely with architects, draftsmen, engineers, and designers to provide you with a buildable set of plans. These plans will be used both for our design conversations, building efforts, and for local and governmental approvals.
The Build
Now we turn your dream into a reality! And don't worry; during the entire process you will continue to deal directly with me. At this phase, other contractors will turn your home project over to a superintendent. Not me; I will be there every step of the way, making sure strict quality control is abided by at every phase and your expectations are being met. We will have numerous meetings during the building process at the site of your new home. You will see first hand what is going into your home throughout the building process and as always, I will be there to answer any questions you may have. This open relationship is important to me, to insure you are getting everything we agreed upon and more.
Moving
Day
Just because your home is complete, does not mean our relationship has ended. I am still here for you anytime for education, support, or advice for your new home. I ask you to live-in and enjoy your home for a minimum of three months before we do a punch list of any areas to review. This will provide ample time for the materials to acclimate to a conditioned environment. And remember, along with your product warranties, we also provide a one year warranty on our workmanship as well.
